    Super computer, no scratches, no signs of wear, works very well, very fast, and the icing on the cake is that I received an intel core I7, even though I had ordered an i5! The Home Electro salesman is really top notch, efficient, competent and helpful: my battery couldn't hold a charge, and having noticed that their workshop wasn't far from where I live, I went to see them rather than returning the PC to Backmarket, and they immediately replaced my battery with a new one! and gave me some advice.     First impression: pretty good. The PC arrived earlier than expected and was well packaged. The PC was clean and perfectly functional. I was very surprised by the fluidity of the device and the sound quality. Excellent battery life. It's a real bonus to be able to use a refurbished PC with as much satisfaction as a new product - and at the same time to be able to un-condition our brains to the "new". There's a problem with the settings of the "F" keys, particularly for adjusting volume and brightness. Nevertheless, I'm satisfied with my purchase and delighted to discover the refurbished products market. Thanks to Back Market for their thoroughness. I'll have to wait and see though. I would recommend this site and will happily order again.
