    Hello everyone, I have to admit that I only need the TAB to watch films or series during the hour-long ergometer ride at the gym in the morning. A few weeks ago, my old one suddenly had the urge to turn the volume down to zero and could no longer be adjusted. As other problems continued to crop up, I bought the Active 3. To my horror, the device continues to act up after about 20 minutes of watching a film, even though I have switched off the media volume restriction and deactivated Bixby... The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active3 is a special model where the original S-Pen and the protective case are integral parts of the functionality and design and not optional accessories. The fact that these were missing on delivery limits the use of the tablet. Particularly confusing is the discrepancy with the reviews of other customers, where some of the accessories were included and some were not. As the product description did not explicitly state that these essential parts were missing, I feel deceived as a buyer. You obviously never know what the device will actually arrive with.
