    The product complies with the description and the small external imperfections are very minor, although the condition is 'correct'. The only downside is the battery, whose capacity is below 80% (79% to be precise), which is slightly regrettable. All the same, the Surface has enough battery life for a day's lessons of 6-8 hours if you only use Word or another application like LibreOffice without being connected to the network. I'm very satisfied with it, the PC is the ideal size for university, and is very fluid and pleasant to use.

    Good but not very good, the device in the photo is silver in colour while it was delivered in black, not bad, it's fine all the same, but I would have liked to receive it in silver as I expected, externally it's in very good condition, there are very small signs of wear and tear but nothing major, the problem however is noticeable as soon as you open the laptop, the back button is completely blown off, and the keyboard that I had asked for Italian obviously isn't, there are stickers attached on it to make the layout Italian but it's still wrong, in addition they block the backlight of the keyboard, which is quite annoying, they also seem to be attached on by heat, so these stickers are really invisible but if you look closely there are and against the light you can see some symbols that were underneath, it's still usable, but for more than 600€ honestly this thing of the keyboard seems to me a big joke. Update: On top of that I also paid an extra €7 for the backmarket check, but it doesn't seem to have been very useful if performed, but I doubt it
