    The ipad came pretty quickly and is working properly. Visually it's the same as my 2019 one, which broke, so it's like getting mine back. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the ipad is labelled excellent and has a few small scratches, but that's ok, they're barely visible, but there's a white rectangle at the top of the back of the ipad, which looked like a sticker to me, and as I can't get it off, I think it's the removal of the gold film due to the personalisation of the ipad by the previous owner. Apart from that, just an aesthetic issue, the ipad is in perfect working order.

    The tablet I received was in perfect condition as mentioned in the advert, and there were no problems with the software either, with the tablet being "factory reset" as soon as it came out of the box. The delivery time was respected and the packaging protected the tablet perfectly. On the other hand, this model of tablet is originally supplied by Samsung with a case and a stylus that were not supplied by the seller Back Market. This case is necessary in order to have the level of protection against shocks that is specific to Samsung's Galaxy Tab Active tablets. This was not specified in the advert and after complaining to customer service, no solution was offered other than paying an extra £30 for the stylus alone or returning the tablet for a refund... So I'm a bit disappointed, not with the tablet but with the lack of precision in the Back Market advert, even though I've never had any problems with other orders before.
