    This phone arrived with faulty cameras. I returned it and they were changed. But the screen used on this phone wasn’t functional. It only worked in hand; on a table the touch screen recognised maybe 1 in 3 touches or swipes. Poor quality screen / voltage presumable. I returned it again for this reason. The seller returned it saying it had been fully tested. It took over a month to receive it this time as they used my old address instead of the updated one I provided. When it eventually came back it had not been tested, of course, and the screen problem was the same. I just got my money back. Avoid this seller as the parts they use aren’t fit for purpose.

    The phone works very well and I would recommend it. Unfortunately there are a few small problems: -the screen is new (which is great because it's in perfect condition) but the phone displays an error message (which is normal) and the screen is not good quality: the edges are about 6 or 7 millimetres instead of about 1 or 2 (which is not very pretty) -the battery heats up extremely quickly and was only at 86% when I bought it -the calls beep near the box (it did at first but it doesn't any more). Apart from these 3 negative points, the refurbisher is great (2 day delivery, new box, Apple cable...) In short, I still recommend it!

    Second time on Back Market, this time unfortunately iPhone 12 which broke down after 3 months (no more sound in the internal loudspeaker). I used the warranty and everything went well with the after-sales service. Only for the same fault to return 3 months later. I used the warranty again, the Back Market online exchange service is very good, but the dealer took more than a week (instead of 3 days) to announce that he couldn't repair it.

    I've bought all my phones with backmarket (4). Always satisfied. The most recent, iPhone XS (limited packaging) ....after a colour error, I found good support and I was able to get my phone quickly. On the other hand, since I've had this phone, the screen has come off, the zoom has come off, and the rear window has broken 3 times. I'm calling it a day with the xs. It's too fragile (unless it's the retailer who's been mediocre; I'm not aiming for backmarket) and yet I'm not as careless as I seem. I would not recommend this model. I will come back to backmarket which despite this bad experience is very good.

    Very disappointed with this backmarket purchase. I received the iphone with a broken rear camera lens which I changed at my own expense. 2 months later I had to change the phone's screen which was coming off for no particular reason. It's clear that they don't use original parts for reconditioning, so the quality of the product is more than mediocre. I won't be buying any phones from backmarket in the future, it's a shame.
