iPhone 16 Pro Max. 1000 GB in excellent condition, it took a little 5 days to arrive but the phone is spotless, battery at 93% health, 324 charge cycles and with Apple Care+ until October 2026, it is already the third phone I buy in BackMarket and I will repeat when I need it. The only bad thing a small crease at the top of the screen panel that a friend who works at Apple told me that some terminals came with that defect, hard to see if you do not tilt the phone but having the mobile Apple Care + in force I will take it to change the panel to an Apple shop. Otherwise as I said at the beginning as if it were new, phone for several years, with a saving of more than 50% of its new price, an incredible offer that you can only find in BackMarket.

Frankly very very satisfied. I don't have any hindsight on my purchase as I've only been using it for a day but I'm very happy with it. Iphone with only 32 charge cycles and the battery at 100% although I had not taken the new battery option, I can only recommend. The iphone is like new, minimal traces of previous use, it is actually in perfect condition. I'm leaving my iphone 12 pro, which I also bought on back market in 2022, so for the moment I'm delighted with the site. A clear change in fluidity, autonomy, photo quality and storage compared to the 12 pro. I think it was time to change and save 4 generations :) In short, so far I've had nothing but good surprises with back market. I now have an iphone 16 pro max 1TB like new, bought at half price compared to the retail price in September 2024, with all the latest Apple features! If I have a problem in the next few weeks, I'll update this feedback.

Honestly, I'm very happy with it. A bit difficult to switch from the iPhone 13 Pro Max to the iPhone 16 Pro Max. The physical SIM was replaced by an e-SIM. Apple customer service was great and helped me make the final adjustments that I hadn't managed to do. In terms of use, I haven't got enough experience yet. I've seen that the new iOS version prevents repeated phone calls that aren't in the favourites list. That's good on the one hand and not so good on the other if someone really urgently needs to contact the person who owns the phone. Ah, if there's one thing I hate, it's changing the top button to silent mode. But that's Apple, not you. By the way, all the comments. Otherwise, as far as the Back Market is concerned, everything's fine. I'm thinking of buying another one for my daughter, once I've finished paying for this one. After 2 weeks the device is going like a rocket. It came to me with the battery at 100% and only 3 charge cycles, as well as less than a year since first use. As good as new. Super happy so far and hopefully for the rest of the life of the phone. I would recommend it 100%.
