    The device works perfectly, it has a few knocks on the casing but I ordered it that way. The only downside is that the QWERTY keyboard is really QWERTZ and the keys that change have a sticker on them so when they light up you can't see them properly. Otherwise, perfect!

    The computer works perfectly. The condition was correct, and with the exception of two big knocks on the side, all the important parts are in perfect condition (screen, keyboard, upper part...). Perhaps the only thing I would have liked to know is that I bought a Spanish Qwerty keyboard, thinking it would be the original one. The keyboard itself does look like the original, but it was clearly a QWERTZ keyboard or similar, with some kind of printing space on top. By day it is not too much of a problem, as it only changes the texture a bit, but I see the problem at night, as it loses the backlit keyboard function, as the keys underneath are different from the prints above, which makes the backlighting function not entirely useful (although better than nothing). Other than this issue, I'm delighted with the laptop, and I'm glad I picked up a refurbished option. For the same money new, I would have ended up with a much worse computer.

    Hello, I have just received the HP EliteBook 840 G6 laptop purchased through Back Market and, checking the battery status, I see that it does not meet the minimum condition of 85% of capacity that you indicate in your warranty. I have used the BatteryHealth application (screenshot attached) and the data shown are as follows: Design energy capacity: 50.012 mWh Fully-charged energy capacity: 29.903 mWh This means that the battery retains approximately 59.8% of its original capacity, well below the guaranteed 85%. For this reason, I ask you to please: To review the case and To propose me a solution in accordance with your warranty (for example, replacement of the battery or a discount on the cost of a new one, about 25/30€).
