Disgraceful! The console arrived in a dreadful condition. It is unacceptable to sell a product in this state whilst describing it as being in ‘very good condition’. The screen was scratched, even though the advert stated otherwise. As for the outer casing, it’s even more battered than the walls of a school. The console also arrived dirty. There’s even dust trapped under the transparent screen protector on the top screen, between the protector and the display itself. It’s so unusual that at first I thought it was a dead pixel. For a product advertised as refurbished, the condition is quite simply unacceptable. I’ve seen consoles sold at Easy Cash for much lower prices – around €69 – which were nevertheless in much better condition. As a reminder, this console is priced at €199.99. At that price, I expected a product that matched its description. As it stands, the value for money is completely unjustified. I’ve been waiting for my refund since 29 June. Despite the responsiveness and helpfulness of Back Market’s customer service team, the seller is still not responding to their enquiries at the moment, which is only serving to unnecessarily prolong the process.
