Impeccable condition, even though it was listed as 'good condition.' It arrived in perfect shape, no scratches or dents. Nothing to say about the phone's quality. Received on time. The first few hours the phone worked very well. We put in all the data (mdp, iCloud account, etc...) then I did the iOS 18.1 update when suddenly the phone had no more touch so I tried to turn it off, to force the shutdown but even the buttons didn't work anymore... We waited until the phone had no more battery and it turned off. The next day I put the phone back on charge and it worked just as when it arrived. Since then, no more problems...
