    I purchased a refurbished Panasonic S1H and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised - the condition was practically like new, without any visible defect or technical problem. Initially I was concerned that the battery could not be charged, so I contacted support. The next day the problem corrected itself (probably by the temperature of the battery in the room), so I informed them that everything was fine now. Nevertheless, they sent me another original battery for the S1H, even though I didn't ask for anything extra - very kind and superior of them. I rate my experience with Backmarket excellent: fast communication, fair approach and product in top condition. Definitely recommend.
