Perfect product. Excellent condition. Paid almost 200€ less. Looks like it's brand new from the Apple Store, shame about the UK adaptor in the box, although they do give the compatible socket. However the iPad shows no signs even of repair, the battery should be original having no gender warning in the appropriate section it was even possible to activate Apple Care+ for the product. Highly recommended. I had no problems with the delivery via UPS, despite being in a region where UPS does not work but via other couriers. So I did not have to interface with support. Product arrived on time. Positive experience. Excellent product.

Everything has gone well so far. The many despatch mails annoyed me! Of course it was very time-consuming for me as a layman to install the eSim and transferring the data from the old iPhone also took a lot of time because I was doing it on my own for the first time. I can't yet judge the quality of the iPhone. Of course it looked like new.

Hello, the iPad is ok, I knew that it has a few dents and scratches on the outside, but that doesn't bother me, because an iPad case doesn't show that, the display is without damage and is now protected by a new display film. Very very disappointing that nowhere was the honest mention that the Touch ID is defective, here is a minimal scratch on the edge, I am indicated (right at the beginning) that the Touch ID has problems, the seller probably knew that too. I have been waiting two days for an answer to get the problem solved. I would have found a slightly more favourable price more appropriate.
