I am very happy with my purchase. It was delivered faster than stated and in excellent condition! The Macbook has no signs of use and was like new. When it was first started, the device had only had 2 charging cycles and is virtually new. The hardware is exactly as specified and everything works perfectly. I will definitely order from BackMarket again in the future and can only recommend it to anyone. I got a new device here and saved two thousand euros in the process!

MacBook Air well protected and packed for delivery. When I switched it on, it showed 43% charge and then switched off 10 minutes later. After a full charge overnight, no more problems. The battery lasts more than 10 hours in use. The product is everything I expected. I would recommend the reconditioning company.

It's excellent value for money. It's working very well at the moment and I hope it will continue to do so. No major faults on the PC apart from a few scratches on the back, but nothing too serious, and the battery lasts well for a day.

To be totally honest, I'm shocked at the quality of my new MacBook. The screen was changed before shipping, so it's in immaculate condition. You can see that the keyboard is a bit dirty though, with some dirt embedded in it. Otherwise, I have nothing to complain about.

Hello, no comments on the computer subject. However, the two USB C ports on the right don't seem to be working. I'll check with another adapter this week and let you know. cdlt

Very good condition. Nothing to complain about, perfect screen, perfect keyboard, no signs of wear. General appearance very, very good. Fast, pleasant to work with. good at first. then a lot of trouble to install. first the digital button didn't work properly, so i removed it. then the capsuled shift button prevented me from opening my session because it didn't take capital letters. then an update was made that made me switch from sequoi to tohe and so the printer and scanner were no longer compatible, nor was the office pack, and this without any warning from mac for this type of update, DO NOT DO IT, MM IF IT ASKS YOU EVERY 10''! then a lot of problems with installing the zoom application and printer/scanner as already mentioned -> so I had to buy another one ....pour compatibility. not very economical !!! In short, I nearly sent the computer back to you 20 times and finally found a kind soul who helped me out, as well as .... chatgpt. but frankly, I remembered a simpler way of using the Mac a few years ago.
