    I initially chose a phone whose condition might show signs of wear on the casing but with a perfect screen. What I actually received was an item in the opposite condition: the phone's casing was absolutely new, but the screen had a large 4 cm scratch, instantly visible upon opening the box. It wasn't necessarily bothersome when the screen was on, so I hesitated before making a complaint, but these weren't the conditions I had knowingly purchased, and in case I had to resell it, I preferred to use the exchange guarantee. I made the request around 9 PM, and the replacement phone arrived the next day at 9 AM, so it was incredibly fast. Since I didn't have a phone available (which was why I made the purchase), I was still allowed to use the first phone to set it up and complete all the personal tasks I needed to do in the meantime, and then use it later to transfer data and settings from phone to phone. So, despite the initial hiccup, it was a satisfying experience. We buy used phones, so it's normal for them to show some wear, but as a customer, if conditions are clearly stated, they must be respected. The exchange and after-sales service conditions were completely up to par, so in the end, the experience was conclusive and satisfying, and most importantly, stress-free and hassle-free. As for the phone itself, it's Samsung's high-end model from the previous year, so it's still completely up-to-date with a fluid and fast interface. Although my complaint resulted in an upgrade to the maximum condition (like new), it does have a tiny ding in one corner, but again, we're buying refurbished phones, so I didn't quibble over such a small detail. It has everything necessary, and I didn't need to necessarily get the latest model, which costs twice as much. So, I am fully satisfied with the experience, which matches what I was looking for.
