    Lovely phone, perfect condition. Had to change the script to Microsoft instead of the original Samsung script, as the key board contained German alphabet letters and the predictive text was driving me crazy, kept replacing my words with German words. I changed the language to English with the Set Up options so I was surprised the keyboard did not change also. I was thinking of returning it for that reason but then I noticed the Microsoft option. Works fine now. Only need to charge it once every two days . Would be better if it stayed charged for longer. Otherwise I'm happy with it.

    I ordered a GREY S21. The seller made no attempt to contact me to state this wasn't available instead packaged a purple S21 completely misleading. I contacted straight away to arrange return and still haven't received any follow-up. This site might be great if the device you expect is shipped but any problems and it is not.
