    The process from ordering to delivery is smooth, user-friendly and clear in communication. More companies can learn from this. However, what was unclear and BackMarket can improve on this is that no original packaging was included and that the gooseneck microphone that should normally be included was not in the package. Is not a big deal given the hugely good price I paid for it but transparency to customers about what comes in the package helps That said, the device itself was super well packed arrived safely and in good condition as promised. If they offered more music hardware (synthesisers) I would definitely shop here more often.

    Very nice controller with a good feel. Some very useful functions present such as the 4 FX buttons, the Pads, filter/effects button, good size for the jogweels, but also handy auxiliary input... Ideal for my son to start out as a DJ. After a DJ2GO in his room, he can do his first parties with the Impulse 500. Buttons are all at a good distance for easy operation. Only thing I miss is a balanced master output and possibly a 4 deck option. But in this price range you don't come across that....
