    Late arriving. But didn't blame black market for that. More likely the fault of the carrier. But when it arrived, the packaging was in decent condition but the device itself had a damaged front panel and bent cover. Such a shame and but worth returning. I needed it and postage was too long.

    The computer is in good condition and works well. However, we had to change the battery on the motherboard because it was dead. It's a shame, without this inconvenience I would have given it 5 stars. The battery isn't expensive, but it's not easy for a novice to work out what the problem is. I don't think a properly reconditioned computer should need this much maintenance the first time it's used.
