    This has been a pretty great upgrade from my New 2DS XL ever since I got it and I love to use it. The only downside is that the screens were a little scratched but it doesn't bother me while I play. The shipping & delivery was surprisingly quick too which was great :D

    Dear Complaints Service, I purchased the Nintendo 3DS HDD 4GB as listed above, intended as a gift from Santa for my 11 year old daughter so it was opened only this morning. After the initial excitement this morning, our daughter came to show us what she had found on her Nintendo DS. To our great surprise and shock, she was able to show us on the device several saved photographs of a little boy, a photograph of the boy sitting on a sofa with his clearly identifiable father, then another photo of a girl in bed, and several more of a family. In addition, there are numerous voice videos, and another photo of the names of the family members "Meine Familie Leo, Mama, Papa und ion" - all added and time stamped several from 2017, more from 2020, all clearly identifiable using the slideshow function. To say we are shocked is an understatement. This is clearly a breach of GDPR as these people are clearly identifiable, and this should have been wiped clean before the device was sold to me. I am a reasonable person and fully understand and expected some wear and tear and scratches on the actual device as it was not new, and that was the case as the black cover is quite marked (we pretended it fell from Santa's sleigh). But I did expect that the device itself would be wiped clean and that it would not be possible to see any data belonging to a previous owner. I purchased a second hand iPhone for my son from another vendor and we were not able to view texts or emails or photos belonging to the previous owner, and I expected the same standards to apply to this device. I am very unhappy with this purchase, and am very disappointed as I had been so impressed by your service to date, and totally agree with the concept behind your commercial enterprise. But I am really shocked to find all this data on the device and would appreciate your response once the Christmas holidays are over. Suzanne Norris
