    I've always been very happy with Backmarket but now I've bought this Elitebook x360 830 G7, after spending a lot of time comparing models. I finally opted for the x360 because it's touchscreen and convertible 2-in-1. When I received it, I realised that I'd received the same model but not the x360, so the screen wouldn't tilt. I asked for an exchange, but the model wasn't available. The seller offered me a €80 trade discount: in the end it's not a gesture, it's just a readjustment of the real price of what I bought. I'm now waiting for Backmarcket, who "was supposed to keep me informed", to make a commercial gesture .... Rather disappointed all the same

I received it very quickly on Friday 10 January. No original box but a cardboard box, wrapped in bubble wrap, no original charger. It has a shock on one corner and an impact underneath, multiple scratches and scuffs on the top, bottom and sides of the shell. Total disappointment.
