    I ordered a 2017 MacBook Air 13 on Wednesday 8 January evening, with the option of paying extra to have one in perfect condition, i.e. supposedly without any bumps or scratches. I received it very quickly on Friday 10 January. No original box but a cardboard box, wrapped in bubble wrap, no original charger. It has a shock on one corner and an impact underneath, multiple scratches and scuffs on the top, bottom and sides of the shell. Total disappointment. I am sending it back to the refurbisher Beemac in the hope that a new device will be sent back to me in perfect condition this time.
