    The condition was described as "excellent". On the invoice that accompanied the delivery, the condition was only labelled as "very good", which is one level below the description. The laptop was indeed visually 'only' in very good condition! A few small 'scratches' on the edges were recognisable. What I found irritating was the 'cleanliness' of the product. The screen was only superficially wiped, not cleaned right into the corners. Here and there, there was also coarser dirt that I had to remove first. The packaging was disappointing. Even though I wasn't expecting the original packaging, the device arrived simply wrapped in paper in a plain shipping box. Technically, the Lg Gram has worked perfectly so far, and the battery life also seems to be good. Overall, I am very satisfied. The purchase process, dispatch time and communication were indeed "excellent"! However, the points mentioned could be improved.
