Me llegó en 2 días desde la compra y el aspecto es como nuevo, la batería vino al 99% de capacidad y cargada al 60%, la pantalla está prácticamente nueva y el aspecto general del móvil es perfecto. La verdad es que estoy muy contento y satisfecho a pesar de mis dudas iniciales. Si estás pensando en comprarlo reacondicionado pero te preocupa la batería, yo me iría de cabeza a por el Excelente, 100% recomendado, volveré a comprar seguro.

Mon Galaxy Ultra 5G est arrivé en super état, pas de problème de fonctionnement, il faut un peu de temps pour le prendre en mains mais c'est vraiment un bel objet qui me donne entière satisfaction pour l'instant. J'ai simplement regretté de ne pas avoir de connectique adaptée au chargeur que j'avais avant, avec une prise USB. Le coût du chargeur rapide adapté est quand même élevé. Bonjour, Alors du point de vue de la livraison rien à dire. Dans sa boîte d’origine, avec chargeur compatible, le téléphone en parfait état et reçu en 5 jours en comptant le week-end. Par contre, téléphone reçu remis à 0 mais configuré en néerlandais, et vide du coup…un peu compliqué donc et obligé de le remettre à 0 de nouveau pour pouvoir entrer le compte iCloud. Pour le prix de l’appareil on s’attend quand même à une qualité de service de la part du reconditionneur, c’est un peu décevant. Mais sinon rien a dire 👌

Seller in the Netherlands, but the phone was reconditioned in China. The Chinese reconditioner hadn't reset the phone, and still had the photos and videos of his tests (a pain to find out how to change the language that was in sign). So I had to reset the phone myself. Proof that the seller doesn't check his phone before sending it. The phone arrived in very good condition, but it's clear that the screen and battery have been replaced with inferior products (battery doesn't hold a charge despite being in 100% condition, screen doesn't have the original colours, turns on and off for no reason, touchscreen doesn't work properly across the whole screen, etc.). The phone came with a standard USB cable, whereas the iPhone 12 Pro Max came with a USB type C cable, so I had to buy a new cable at my own expense. I requested a refund and sent my device back. I am now waiting to receive the money to buy a new device. I would not recommend this seller at all.
