    I ordered an iPhone 13 "In perfect condition" and received an iPhone full of scratches, and with lots of dust in the gaps! The camera was also damaged. When you order an iPhone from backmarket, there's no way of knowing whether the seller you're about to buy it from has a good rating or not (the comments are about the iPhone 13 in general, not the seller). So it's a bit of a lottery to know whether you're going to find a serious seller or one that's completely unprofessional (as in my case). I'm planning to stop buying my company's phones and computers from Backmarket. I've asked the after-sales service for a commercial gesture so that I can at least recommend this iPhone, and my question remains unanswered. We'd benefit from greater transparency if we had comments and ratings on the sellers themselves! We need to know before we buy whether a seller is serious or not.
