    Phone ordered in perfect condition for 399 euros... received damaged in some places and with scratches on the screen. We asked for a commercial gesture, and they only offered 20 euros or the return of the phone with a refund under conditions after a check of its condition. I requested home delivery, but paid 6 euros for delivery only for it not to be delivered to my home but to a relay point because the delivery driver couldn't be bothered to go to the address... Very disappointed with the customer service, and what's more, we don't even go through the seller to find solutions. I will never order here again. I definitely don't recommend it because if there's a problem, they offer nothing, not a single gesture, absolutely nothing except 20 euros for all this inconvenience.
