    All the management with BM has been impeccable: easy access to offers, agile purchase process and perfect delivery fulfilment. The devices (I bought 3 of the same) in very good condition, fulfilling the "Excellent" status I requested. Perhaps I expected the battery to be a little better, but it's fine (at 80%). The price for refurbished was ok, but it's not a great bargain either. It is simply (in relation to the price) a good buy. Looking hard to find good deals, it is very likely that I will repeat the experience at BM. Finally, regarding the 3 iphone 11s purchased, good acquisitions: good operating system, oractic and agile phones for personal use, good memory capacity and very good access speed. External condition of the devices, very good. I only missed the plug, because we still need to plug in to charge the devices and with the usb we had to buy the plugs separately, which is not very good, because they may not be suitable as they are not the original ones, and spoil a good purchase. All in all, good buy, good place to buy and good condition. Price, slightly better, although it was good.
