After ordering I was unable to access the product details as before the sale. I thought I had seen that the keyboard was backlit in the details, but it is not. I had ordered the PC in very good condition and yet there are two dents on the back of the screen, the PC had not been reset to zero, when I booted it up there was still a user account, which was average... I really needed a computer to work, so I kept it because I had no choice. PS: none of the help requests on the website or the app to access the backmarket chat corresponded to my problem, so after 1 hour of searching (a waste of time), I gave up.
