It's a great phone love it. So easy to buy from blackmarket would highly recommend them.

I bought a 1TB iPhone 14 Pro in Excellent condition and received a brand new handset (inside and out), with 100% battery health (I hadn't asked for it to be replaced). The reconditioner was Wowphone, from Valencia. And I want to leave this review because it has been an excellent experience that I want to thank in writing. Unfortunately it was me who made a mistake when choosing the model, because for the use I currently give to the terminal, the battery capacity was not enough for me, so I had to return it and opt for the Pro Max with all the pain in my heart (because the terminal was impeccable and I liked its size much more). Don't think that the battery was bad or not original: first of all, I went to the Apple Store and they confirmed that the battery was original, it was 100% healthy and had a few charge cycles (which coincided with the number of days I had had the phone). In other words, the handset was brand new. The return experience was also very good, with a full refund. I will definitely use Back Market again in the future and, if I can, I will buy from Wowphone (I even tried to look on the refurbisher's purchase page to see if he had a Pro Max, but I didn't get it). I've waited a few weeks to write this review and after this time using the refurbished iPhone 13 Pro, I have to say I'm delighted. I bought the phone as a 1TB in excellent quality, and I have to say that the only thing you can tell this phone is refurbished is that it had a tiny scratch on the metal on the side (you had to look very closely) and the battery health was 89%. Even so, using it a lot, because I use it for work, the battery lasts me a day and a bit. The cameras work perfectly and so does the rest of the terminal. I was a bit scared to invest so much money in a refurbished phone because I had my doubts but I will definitely do it again. I would definitely recommend it.

The phone arrived as new (I bought it in excellent condition), not even half a fingerprint on it. The packaging is safe. I have had it for just over 2 months and have not seen any faults, battery 100% (I added a new one). It's the first refurbished I've bought and I doubt I'll buy a new phone again after this experience. Thank you very much!

Well, I am very happy. I wanted to try the "refurbished" concept and the truth is that this test has convinced me. The organisation of Back Market has also surprised me, from the delivery of the product to the facilities for sending my old mobile. I will definitely keep all this in mind for future occasions.

Excellent as usual I'd say! Having taken my 3rd iphone from back market in "perfect condition" I can say that you shouldn't hesitate to make this economic and financial gesture. The service is as fast and good as ever! Be careful to check if the reconditioning organisations are verified but very rare worries on them ^^

Like new, really. The quality of the refurbished one is impressive. What I was most afraid of was the health of the battery and it came in at 97%. If I have to put some but to the purchase is that it does not come with original packaging, in the end you are also investing a lot of money and it comes in a cardboard box without more.

Delivery in 1 day, the phone is in perfect condition as on the ad the only downside is that I received with 92% on the state of the battery and it has since dropped to 89%. I've been using the phone all day and it's not a problem. After all, it's a refurbished phone, so don't expect anything new.

I ordered on the site being afraid because it is a reconditioned, I am bluffer by the work the phone is nickel. I took it in perfect condition with a new battery nickel too. I ordered it around 2pm and had it the next day at 11am. The packaging, however, is not bubble wrap and it's put in a cardboard box. You have to be careful when you remove it so that it doesn't fall on the floor and bim, it's broken :(... I'm very pleased with the service. Merciii ;)
