Received my Galaxy Tab S Ultra 5G few hours ago. Delivery was very fast (less than 48hrs) and the service was impeccable! There is no a scratch on the tablet but the box made me worry as it was not in great conditions. For the first setup everything seems in order and the tablet is working like new. I'll add more at a later stage. So far, five stars!

Good product, timely delivery

I bought a 1TB iPhone 14 Pro in Excellent condition and received a brand new handset (inside and out), with 100% battery health (I hadn't asked for it to be replaced). The reconditioner was Wowphone, from Valencia. And I want to leave this review because it has been an excellent experience that I want to thank in writing. Unfortunately it was me who made a mistake when choosing the model, because for the use I currently give to the terminal, the battery capacity was not enough for me, so I had to return it and opt for the Pro Max with all the pain in my heart (because the terminal was impeccable and I liked its size much more). Don't think that the battery was bad or not original: first of all, I went to the Apple Store and they confirmed that the battery was original, it was 100% healthy and had a few charge cycles (which coincided with the number of days I had had the phone). In other words, the handset was brand new. The return experience was also very good, with a full refund. I will definitely use Back Market again in the future and, if I can, I will buy from Wowphone (I even tried to look on the refurbisher's purchase page to see if he had a Pro Max, but I didn't get it). I hesitated for a long time between buying a new or reconditioned mobile phone. After a lot of research, I opted for "Back Market" which seemed to offer the best guarantees for the purchase of a reconditioned product with the following requirements: Phone like new, new battery 100 0/0 and 512GB of storage. I received my phone after four days, within the time limit set when I placed my order. The parcel was well packed and the phone very well protected. I was a little apprehensive when I unpacked it, but that quickly disappeared. The phone is as good as new, with just a two cm micro-scratch on the back. You have to look hard to see it. The device comes with a Usb C lighting cable. The battery is brand new and Apple certified. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the products offered by this brand and its serious sales approach. My phone has worked perfectly so far. To be confirmed in the long term.

It works very well, came clean and with Windows installed. It is sufficient for office tasks I would say even fast. The only downside is the battery which is degraded at 60%, even so it lasts 2-3 hours. For the price very good laptop and in good condition. Happy with the purchase.

I've just received my phone, having chosen the premium condition: absolutely no external defects, zero scratches, 100% battery, 0 charge cycles (!!), first use in March 2025 (but not under warranty), in short like new! Couldn't be better. So far, I'm very satisfied with the first use, but we'll have to wait and see. The refurbisher was Wowphone: maybe I was just lucky in terms of the condition of the phone, but in any case I recommend it! Fast, smooth delivery. Only downside (negligible): backmarket packaging and accessories of rather average quality.

Tablet arrived the day after ordering, perfect! It's like new, comes with a charger and the clip to open the drawer, the box was a little damaged but that's a detail. Everything works very well!
