My fourth purchase from Back Market, and my third very good experience. It's a good average. The device I ordered arrived quickly and was exactly as described. Very easy to get to grips with. My previous purchase was disappointing because the device wasn't up to scratch. But there is one constant in all this: BM's customer service, which is always responsive and reliable.

I did a plan renove and so far I got the iPhone 15 and it works perfectly. Now I am waiting for the payment of my old mobile phone. It's not the first time I've bought and it won't be the last.

The truth that I did not imagine that it was going to be as good as it came! The battery 100% not one scratched or even mark of use is as if it were new... It is true that one detail was missing "That it came in its original box".

Hello, in principle everything is fine, although it has only been working since last night. The only thing is that it only came with the cable and the heads that I have are no good for me because the plug is different and I have to buy one to adapt it.

Hi, I received my phone today and am very happy with it overall. However the battery capacity of the phone is only 86%, I find this unacceptable for a refurbished phone bought for almost 700€. I have bought many phones from Backmarket and have never been disappointed before... I am not asking for an exchange or a refund as I have already installed the phone but I would appreciate a commercial gesture. Best regards. Rémi Vial

I'm very happy with the Back Market service, the product is excellent, perhaps a small downside battery capacity 85% but otherwise everything else is perfect.

Good evening, this device is perfect as indicated before the purchase; it is not yet in servicar because I managed to repair the "old" while a glassy pro franchise wefix had not succeeded with some unwillingness or worse technical incapacity. I have no personal repair skills but I managed... the pb comes from the accessory ordered with galaxy S10+ 5 G i ordered a shell for an S10+ and it doesn't fit. but above all i can't find in the accessories a shell for my model i received yesterday, only one article came out of the search but the photo doesn't match. so two questions: a) do you have a case for a galaxy s10+ 5g and b) do you think the case for a galasxy A53 5G would be compatible with my new G ALASY S10+ 5G?
