All in all good. I should mention that I have already bought other refurbished Apple devices from other sites, always the same grade, but this one seems a bit exaggerated. Considering I bought it for €250 (it usually costs more, I don't know why or maybe I know why I paid less) it is also acceptable. Too bad that in the middle of the screen from the inside it looks as if it has taken a reverse bump, it is only noticeable under certain angles and with the screen off, nothing more, nothing less. Edges a little dented but I repeat that for the grade and the money paid I have to say not bad. Last two words on the device, arrived with 85% as battery level, photo compartment, a bit scratched the lenses and not if fault of the device but I doubt, when I open the photo app it's as if the preview in both photo and video laggy, then once I take the shot/record it looks compliant. For the rest I come from a now somewhat battered se2020, at the moment it looks like it could be a worthy replacement for those looking for a compact device but at the same time one that gets the job done.

Very good condition except for the screen, which is full of micro-scratches everywhere, more or less visible depending on the surrounding light and the images on the screen: but hey, I took it in "correct" condition, which is probably normal.

Perfect, looks like a brand new smartphone, nothing to complain about, corresponds perfectly to the technical description. Very happy with this purchase.

My fourth purchase from Back Market, and my third very good experience. It's a good average. The device I ordered arrived quickly and was exactly as described. Very easy to get to grips with. My previous purchase was disappointing because the device wasn't up to scratch. But there is one constant in all this: BM's customer service, which is always responsive and reliable.

The truth that I did not imagine that it was going to be as good as it came! The battery 100% not one scratched or even mark of use is as if it were new... It is true that one detail was missing "That it came in its original box".

Hi, I received my phone today and am very happy with it overall. However the battery capacity of the phone is only 86%, I find this unacceptable for a refurbished phone bought for almost 700€. I have bought many phones from Backmarket and have never been disappointed before... I am not asking for an exchange or a refund as I have already installed the phone but I would appreciate a commercial gesture. Best regards. Rémi Vial

Hello, in principle everything is fine, although it has only been working since last night. The only thing is that it only came with the cable and the heads that I have are no good for me because the plug is different and I have to buy one to adapt it.

I'm very happy with the Back Market service, the product is excellent, perhaps a small downside battery capacity 85% but otherwise everything else is perfect.
