Very good product! I ordered it in perfect condition and it was delivered in a much shorter time than estimated (2-3 days against 6-7 expected). No scratches or wear on the entire phone. The battery is now at 80% (which means it's from Apple, which is better than a new one from a third-party supplier, in my opinion). I'm not hiding my strong desire to get a higher percentage battery, but that's the risk. Finally, my advice is that, whatever the device, before ordering, you should study the prices over several weeks, as they can vary by more than €80 from one refurbisher to another. Very satisfied!
