I got the phone a day before, I ordered it very good and it came with 100% battery and impeccable, the only thing that in a corner of the frame had just a small blow and I spoke to black market and they paid me a small amount. I am very happy for now, I will order here again.

I bought my iphone 13 pro from the refurbisher Wechange based in Spain. I took it in perfect condition without a new battery and guess what the phone came with 100% battery. Everything is as good as new and I wouldn't even be surprised if someone told me it was new. Honestly, go ahead and order from Back Market, it's really worth it, you won't regret it I assure you. The delivery was also fast. I ordered on Saturday, the package was sent on Monday and received the next day and I picked it up at the relay point on the spot and I was so happy it had made my day. Gone from samsung A14 to Iphone 13 pro it's just incredible the fluidity the aesthetics the photos everything is amazing. Really thank you Back market thank you Wechange 🕺🏾🕺🏾

Very good product! I ordered it in perfect condition and it was delivered in a much shorter time than estimated (2-3 days against 6-7 expected). No scratches or wear on the entire phone. The battery is now at 80% (which means it's from Apple, which is better than a new one from a third-party supplier, in my opinion). I'm not hiding my strong desire to get a higher percentage battery, but that's the risk. Finally, my advice is that, whatever the device, before ordering, you should study the prices over several weeks, as they can vary by more than €80 from one refurbisher to another. Very satisfied!

I've been using my phone (iPhone 14 pro) for 2 weeks now and it's perfect. However, I had taken the perfect condition and new battery options and I still had small scratches on the screen as well as a micro on a lens and also a lack of paint on the top of the phone, so I'm a bit disappointed in that respect. Battery status shows 100% in settings.

Fast delivery, parcel received in 2 days. Phone in excellent condition, looks like a new one. Battery lasts well. I'm really pleased with my purchase and highly recommend it.

the review should be divided into two macro areas: 1) back market service: excellent, very little to say. fast shipping with dhl, clarity before purchase, phone in excellent condition 2) device: the iphone is simply perfect both in terms of aesthetics and performance. i can't tell if it's a problem with the battery fitted or with the iphone 15 pro in general, but the battery life is really poor (it arrived with 94% capacity so in theory quite close to full capacity), the phone tends to heat up a lot during charging and during even basic activities. it consumes a lot both in standby and during use.

I ordered an iPhone 13 pro in excellent condition a month ago, with some concern for the seller after reading that no one seemed to have received a phone with 100% battery health or close to it, many reviews were below 90. However my experience after a month couldn't be better. The phone I received was perfect, in appearance at least, in every way. Beautiful, not a single mark, intact as if it was brand new and with a 100% healthy battery. It didn't come in an Apple box, but in a cardboard box, quite well protected but I don't know if it's the usual but I was expecting maybe an iPhone box. Facial recognition doesn't always work, I don't know if it's standard or not as it's my first iPhone. It was my first purchase on Back market so a 10 for them and another 10 for the seller weChange!!!! I will definitely repeat!

This is the second time I've bought refurbished from Back Market, and I'm still not disappointed. My Iphone 13 works perfectly well. Nothing to say 🤗
