PC received in record time! After 3 weeks of use, it's exactly what I expected. For a refurbished PC, it's great value for money!

Very fast delivery, I received a computer in very good visual condition, with just a few minor defects from use. There was an oily product on the screen and keyboard when I received it but it went away when I cleaned it. Everything works fine, just that the battery doesn't seem to last very long and there's a slightly unpleasant "click" from time to time when using the touchpad.

The product is very good. It is not in perfect condition. There are scratches here and there but that's not an issue. On the other hand, I ordered 2 laptops and one came from you and the other from the Czech Republic. The packaging was really badly done compared to the second. Cardboard adapted to the PC. The packaging was perfect and there were no bits of polystyrene everywhere (a collection of bits from other packaging such as cardboard). Really not worthy of the French brand. So, not great in France. In the Czech Republic, really perfect and professional. They even changed the French keyboard for a Portuguese one. Very professional.
