Great product, little bit of munting on the front of the unit, but what do you want for €127?!

Perfect, it's the model I wanted, just the colour isn't right but the Mac itself is it, it's really brand new. I'm happy with my purchase. I recommend the seller 100%.

I placed my 1st Back Market order. There was a bug on the site regarding the storage capacity paid for and I received a different iMac. I contacted the reseller Sitbox33, who not only solved the problem efficiently, but was also very attentive and friendly. It's really nice to come across people like that, it's rare these days. The only downside was the delivery by chronopost. The delivery person was unprofessional and did not come to my home and marked the parcel as a delivery failure, which is common with chronopost. But back market has nothing to do with it.

The product is beyond reproach (for the moment), but the MacBook ordered in Sidereal Grey was received in Pink ... my teenager is delighted ☹️ Too bad it could have been a no-fault product. A commercial gesture perhaps?
