Sony phone (reconditioned), very reasonable price, received quickly and in very good condition. However, the camera wasn't working and we couldn't get on the internet. After several unsuccessful attempts to reset it to factory settings, we finally downloaded a camera application and another search engine, and it finally worked.

To sum up. Everything goes 100 %. I am satisfied with the purchase. I have other mobiles of better range. But I wanted one lighter and less bulky and responsive. I don't want it for games. I have been right with the purchase.

The item is perfect. As described. However, I have a network problem. I can't connect to the Internet without Wi-fi. I don't know whether this is due to the phone or a setting.

Wrong device/incorrect data. Should be Venue 8 Pro 2016 but is 2014. First of all the processor is 1.33 GHz when it should be 1.6 GHz, RAM only 2 GB when it should be 4 GB, display only 1280x800 when it should be 1920x1200.

Impossible to access an application (booking pulse) =less possibilities than with my old mobile and smaller screen
