I remember reading other reviews about refurbished macs last week and thinking these were lies and exaggerated. I got the final push from my brother and ordered it on the 12th of December at 12:53am . It was scheduled to come between the 16th - 17th. On the 13th of December by a phone call, to the DPD driver downstairs with my Macbook Pro. GUYS I PROMISE THIS IS NOT SPONSORED, I was impressed with everything, I had doubts that it was too good to be true but so far everything is perfect, the battery health is 98%. My wife was even more skeptical, but now she's looking at her HP probook differently. Honestly, I am never buying a new macbook or iPad Pro again if this is the quality to expect with excellent grade refurbs. The charger provider is a 100W USB-C replacement charger. I am having to restrain myself from buying the iPad Pro M4 2024 now. I am a graphic designer in training so I am so happy with the fact that I can afford these devices I need much easier.

Absolutely amazing purchase Not one scratch on the Macbook pro and I had selected just a good model but overall excellent performance and arrived within a day. Packaging neat overall was as good as a brand new laptop possibly the best refurbished product I have purchased to date and a massive upgrade from Macbook air. I would highly recommend back market as I consider myself to becoming a long term customer.

I was absolutely petrified buying off a refurbished brand, but I’ve received my Mac book & it seems to be brand new never used, as it’s let me add Apple care to my Mac book, which means it hasn’t been activated before, so I’m very grateful, came with the charger too, but didn’t come with original packaging so at first my expectations was it was used already, but then I turned it on set it up, and it asked me if I wanted to add Apple care to it meaning it’s not been used before, very happy with my purchase

I will honestly admit, I was very skeptical with Backmarket and second hand laptops in general but I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cheaper alternative. One word - WOW! I am beyond thrilled with my new macbook, I bought an excellent quality cause it was actually cheaper for the disk space and processor for the one I wanted. The M1 chip is a huge upgrade for me since my last laptop has is over 10 years old and been unsupported for several years now. It came within 2 days of placing the order and packaging was padded and plastic over the charger plug. Not a scratch on the laptop either, would think it’s never been used by anyone else ever, absolute steal for the price Backmarket are selling for. I do think the touch bar was replaced since but when updating the software, it said it was genuine apple product. Because of the cross reference between apple products the transfer took less than an hour. If you are looking for an upgrade but don’t want to spend too much, go with Backmarket! I couldn’t recommend enough!

Absolutely brilliant looks like and acts like a brand new Mac from apple. I was worried when it arrived as the outer box was crushed but it was securely packaged and I couldn’t have been happier. My last laptop I brought new and this one is exactly the same. I was so impressed I have now brought a refurbished phone. My children have been been on back market for years and everything has always been like new. Give it a go you won’t regret it.

Great product!! Seller shipped in less than 24 hours and was delivered in less than 48 hours. Ordered excellent quality and thats exactly what i got! Battery health is at 97% and is amazing. Looks almost new - a few tiny marks on the body but other than that it is perfect, would definitely reccomend!

My MacBook is like new, I hope people don’t go ahead to waste money to apple again, backmarket sell brilliant products. I love my MacBook Pro, I sleep beside it every night because the beauty drives me crazy, everything is perfect, the battery life span, works absolutely perfect. I struck gold, I will surely buy more products from backmarket.

Could not have been better, was able to change my delivery date to the weekend and the Macbook Pro is a dream, replacing a 2015 Macbook Pro. effectively saved £1,500 by buying a 'one-year old' model. Absolutely no idea why only defined as 'Good' quality only - not complaining though!
