Excellent device, clear order, fast delivery. The only small detail, which doesn't change the quality of the device, concerns the keys. As this is a refurbished device from Spain, some of the keys are covered with a sticker to transform it into a French keyboard.

This is the second time I've bought from BackMarket and both times everything has been great. The computer I bought now, the HP EliteBook 840 G5 14" I bought it in "good" condition and it only has a couple of small scratches that are hardly noticeable, the battery lasts about two long hours and the computer is working perfectly. The shipping was very fast and the packaging was perfect.

I ordered a MacBook Pro in "good" condition. I received a very well packaged and protected computer. It is brand new, I could not find any scratches or marks. It comes with an official Apple charger and 92% battery health. A perfect experience, absolutely ruled out buying something new being able to receive a product so well cared for and for much less money ☺️🙏🏻

The laptop is big and fat but it works perfectly. The battery lasts more than 6 hours, which was one of the things I was worried about when it was refurbished.

I have been buying refurbished products from BackMarket for years and, as always, I am satisfied with the product, the customer service, the speed of delivery, and the accuracy of the packaging.

The device works perfectly, it is well reconditioned. Very good value for money, also arrived quickly and well packaged...not the first time I buy from back market will not be the last.

The laptop works well although it takes a while to start up and the speed tests do not always give me the same result, I use it professionally for speed tests on internet installations.
