    I wasn't sure about buying a refurbished laptop, even after reading other positive reviews, but let me say, I am so glad I did buy it in the end! The laptop looks brand new, I am so impressed with how well they clean and service the laptops they get in before selling them on. I would really recommend it to anyone who was in my position - not sure whether or not to go for it - You should, it's such amazing value.

    This was my first purchase on BackMarket. I received the laptop in good condition and within the promised delivery time. The laptop works well overall. The only minor issue is that I had ordered an English keyboard, but it arrived with an Italian keyboard layout with English key stickers. It's not a big problem, as I can easily change it. The main concern, however, is that the battery doesn't hold power for very long. Despite that, I really love the laptop and look forward to purchasing another item from BackMarket.
