Ordered for my son came with an American outlet only and a hdmi cable with no place for a hdmi to plug into

The item I received was turning itself of and restarting for no reason even when the battery was full. I left it at home to eventually return it and my daughter dropped it and broke the screen so now it's absolutely useless 800 worth of scrap.

Please put the spotlight on French reconditioning and sales sites, if only to promote jobs in France, especially in these times! Thank you.

Hello, computer received 👍🏼quelques micro scratches around 30 on 100%, battery discharges a can fast, it's normal it's refurbished! otherwise everything works properly, happy with my purchases.

I've got a problem with my tablet, it keeps leaving me a message saying "galaxie store has stopped" with "OK" next to it, which doesn't work. It's blocking everything, I can't touch anything. I have to turn it off completely and then on again. Sometimes it works fine and other times it's a real pain. The worst thing is that I don't have the gakaxy store app. You'll have to help me out here. The problem is really annoying. I wanted a refurbished tablet to do something for the planet. The end result is €78 thrown away if my problem isn't solved as soon as possible.

This is my third purchase from backmarket and I am not disappointed. The Samsung note 20 that I ordered corresponds to the description given on the site. I received it quickly in protected packaging. I was able to transfer my data without any problems. For the moment everything is working well and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Telephone in excellent condition. Very well packaged. I was a little worried when an error message about the battery appeared. I read that this is normal on some refurbished devices. And that the message goes away after 15 days. I still have a few days to go before it disappears. But I was totally reassured when I saw how the battery lasted all day. The phone is very good, it works well, except for the battery, which is inferior to the performance of the new model... We'll assume that's 85%. The appearance is impeccable. Very fast delivery (with a French reconditioner) and no problems. However, I am sorry that the model advertised in the description is the European model (GTT9Q), the one I was looking for, when in fact I was sold the Japanese model (G5NZ6). Not major differences, but it's not very professional of Back Market.

this was my first purchase, the laptop is in very good condition, works well. but the condition of the battery is not very good, it lasts about two hours and it comes with the old charger but works well.
