The Elitedesk is very good mini desktop. My purchase arrived in ‘as new’ condition. The order arrived in two days as promised the whole transaction was seamless and I was very pleased overall with the way it went.

Ordered for my son came with an American outlet only and a hdmi cable with no place for a hdmi to plug into

Before buying, I had spent quite a bit of time researching the phone followed by lots of shopping round for the best prices. Coming up to and including on the day of Black Friday, prices seemed to fluctuate wildly, both up and down but in the end, I got the best price here. Ordering was reasonably easy although it did take two goes to actually pay for it. Delivery was several days later than was predicted but in my case that was not a major issue. Phone was, as advertised, in excellent condition. Transfer from my old Samsung was for the most part easy and automatic although did have trouble with WhatsApp. Battery life is disappointing with no more than 24 hours medium use but that seems to be the way and I doubt a brand new phone would be much better. Overall happy experience.

Phone arrived in great condition. Unfortunately the battery life is far below what I expected. I had this model previously and had a far superior battery life. Also, it frequently takes a lot longer to charge the battery, even when the phone says 'quick charge', whereas my previous phone did not have this issue

The item I received was turning itself of and restarting for no reason even when the battery was full. I left it at home to eventually return it and my daughter dropped it and broke the screen so now it's absolutely useless 800 worth of scrap.
