    I ordered this labtop recently and I'm very happy with the way the delivery went. I received the correct product within 3 days in near perfect condition. There are no scratches, only minor points of wear that are completely insignificant and it even has an SSD that is not the original one but is more powerful than the original one. I have given it one star less, however, because I received the PC with 8GB and not the 16GB indicated on the advert. A gesture of 40 euros was made by the site so no problem.

    First personal experience of refurbished products: mixed opinion. Disappointing points : - slight defect on the rotation of one of the 2 screens (when the screen is completely vertical or completely horizontal, there is normally a slight bearing that prevents the screen from being a little crooked and this is not the case on one of the 2 screens, even if it's not really impacting) - the 2 feet are well scratched (on grey, the black scratches stand out well and they are visible at over 2m, well beyond the 20cm advertised) Very positive points : - OK packaging - screens delivered within a very good timeframe - functional screens - supplied with power and HDMI cables - items guaranteed I chose the best condition offered: "Perfect condition", which cost me €40 more for these 2 screens (149 per screen instead of 129) compared to the next lowest quality: "Very good condition". I have the impression that it was "Very good condition" that was delivered to me. The solution offered by the site is to return the products for replacement or refund. I'm going to avoid reconditioning the items and having to transport the products across France again for defects that don't have a major impact, so I'll be sitting on the 40€. For this price, I think it's still a good deal.
