Phone is perfect but people find it hard to hear me unless I use I pods

J'ai acheté un iPhone reconditionné car la batterie de mon ancien Iphone ne tenait plus. J'ai été convaincu par l'argument de Backmarket "garantie 80% de la capacité de batterie". Aujourd'hui, 8mois après mon achat, la batterie tenais moins de 120secondes! De plus, la batterie (chinoise) a gonflé et a fait bomber l'écran qui a fini par se décoller sur 3 faces... La réparation m'a couté 65euro. Très déçu de mon achat.

I wanted a mobile phone since June, I was browsing through all the iPhone 13 models. They were quite expensive to my taste, but I don't know how, one Monday it dropped a lot in price and I bought it. I honestly didn't expect so much quality, it feels like a new one and without spending so much. I ordered the simplest one and it arrived with 100% battery. The only downside is that the edges of the camera are a bit scratched, but you can tell it's reconditioned. Very happy to have been able to buy it and to be able to give classes. I couldn't be happier😃

The device screen has frozen three times since I received it. The only thing that helped was a forced restart. I have never seen anything like this with other refurbished devices from you. I wonder whether this is an acceptable reduction in quality or a reason to replace the device. Kind regards Peter Zinck

I've had the device (Iphone 14) for 4 days and so far everything is perfect, it's as good as new. I bought it with correct quality as it was an offer and I am very surprised with its condition. The delivery is also on time. 10/10

My iphone was received on the delivery date and I'm very happy because my iphone 12 is spotless, there are no scratches or anything, it looks like new. So far it works well. Thank you back market

The mobile phone arrived within a few days and I am completely satisfied with the device. I was also able to sell my old device despite the broken screen and saved money as a result. For me, buying a new one is no longer an option.
