Phone is perfect but people find it hard to hear me unless I use I pods

I wanted a mobile phone since June, I was browsing through all the iPhone 13 models. They were quite expensive to my taste, but I don't know how, one Monday it dropped a lot in price and I bought it. I honestly didn't expect so much quality, it feels like a new one and without spending so much. I ordered the simplest one and it arrived with 100% battery. The only downside is that the edges of the camera are a bit scratched, but you can tell it's reconditioned. Very happy to have been able to buy it and to be able to give classes. I couldn't be happier😃

iPhone 12 pro 256g in very good condition. I got the iPhone a day before, mobile in perfect condition both screen and edges and cameras new, in excellent condition go, 100% battery that looks that in a reconditioned normally come to 96-90%, in my case 100%, I've been 1 week with him and is perfect both software and everything else. It is the second iPhone I buy in backmarket, 9 years ago I bought the iPhone 7 plus 128g and everything perfect and in perfect condition, so I'm super happy with backmarket very good experience always! And I always recommend back market to anyone who wants new technology, better reconditioned than new, let's take care of the planet together! Iphone 11 64GB black, excellent condition The phone worked great, having taken it in excellent condition it looked as good as new, obviously being reconditioned the battery was from the start slightly worn. After two years of use however, the phone will no longer charge, even if you change the power cable.

After a disappointment with another refurbished iPhone 12. I am very satisfied with backmarket's after-sales service... service, reaction, professionalism. I picked up a new iPhone 12 mini which came from Italy to Clermont-Ferrand in record time (ordered on Thursday 4pm and delivered on Monday 2pm. The phone is in exceptional condition, like new (battery at 100% capacity) even after a trial period! And for the right price! Received in less than 48 hours, the packaging is OK, but the foams could be firmer given the care taken by carriers in general. On a previous purchase, the reconditioning and packaging included a sheet of Japanese paper (very thin) between the screen and the keyboard, which I thought was a good idea, given the fragility of the screens on the latest Macs. The MacBook Air is as described, and the battery health is OK. The only problem was cleanliness: greasy fingerprints on the screen and on the aluminium casing, dust or sawdust between the keys and in the groove of the screen joint. A little vacuuming and microfibre cleaning wouldn't have done any harm before shipping.

I've had the device (Iphone 14) for 4 days and so far everything is perfect, it's as good as new. I bought it with correct quality as it was an offer and I am very surprised with its condition. The delivery is also on time. 10/10

I was apprehensive about second market smartphone purchase. The Google Pixel 7 Pro that I purchased was just like the day it left the factory. It is absolutely perfect. I am very happy with my purchase and will deal with Back Market again.

Product meets my expectations, works perfectly well. I had already bought refurbished for my previous tablet with the same level of refurbishment, and it was less marked than this one. After that, I'm just saying. Would recommend.
