This is the second phone l've bought so l had high expectations. I was not disappointed! Another fast delivery and a phone in what looked like perfect condition. I'm so glad l updated and l love my Samsung Galaxy S 21. I updated mostly for the camera as l do art/ use my phone camera a lot..what a difference from my old phone. I would buy from Back Market in future again, confident l'd be getting a great service/site to buy refurbished tech.

Arrived quickly and well packaged. Phone was in immaculate condition. So far so good 👍 all working well. I'm a samsung girl and this phone does everything you need and the camera is really good compared to all I've used. The storage is great too!

Feels like having a new phone. Only the packing reminds that this is actually refurbished phone. It has been working perfectly since I've got it. Thank you for being out there with your services and making phones affordable.

Overall I’m happy with my new phone. It looks good….just like new! There’s a lot of Arabic data though…on maps and the keyboard too which I can’t eliminate. I’m new to refurbished phones so this might be normal to have some data from the previous owner?

2nd order from.back market order iphone previously, daughter very happy and such a great price. I have ordered an iPad for my daughter for xmas received last week only opened and turnt on, put back into box. Great service and delivery. I bought excellent condition and it was just that. No marks or scuffs. Screen was perfect. I had my doubts about this purchase but I can honestly recommend it because what you read is what you get. A very satisfied customer.

Very pleased with actual phone. Delivery happened as advised so no hanging around. Down side No ejection pin for SIM slide, Cable supplied had USBc at both ends so would have to buy a Charger. Overall happy enough with the experience to place another order for a 2nd phone.

Excellent choice of refurbished phones and ordering is a simple process. Delivery time was as quoted, received within a few days. Wouldn't hesitate to buy here again should the need arise.

really speedy delivery, opun opening was in excellent condition,no scratches or anything, looked as new. very happy.first time using this site and will be using again for the future. highly recommend.
