Back Market has done it again. This is my third order in just over a year (two iPhones and an Apple Watch ultra) and I couldn't be more satisfied. The product is absolutely brand new, excellent is an understatement. My only regret is the amount of money I have wasted all these years buying new products.

Delivery was a little late given that the order was placed in December (it might be a good idea to specify the congestion of the delivery networks at this time of year when placing the order, delivery in 8 days). But very satisfied with the product and its condition. Thank you very much.

Ordered in perfect condition. Arrived in less than 2 days with DHL, very good phone, works as if it were new and I had a very pleasant surprise because its maximum battery capacity is 98%. Never before with a reconditioned phone. I am very satisfied with the product and the service. I recommend it! (be careful as prices vary a lot)

I thought there was a problem with the phone because it wasn't charging properly, I had to wedge it in because there was play in the connector on the phone side. I bought another one and no problem since.

Item arrived in very good condition and on time. However, I was disappointed when I opened it and realised that it wasn't a latest-generation fast-charging cable, but an old one. Bear in mind that from X onwards I've always had the usb-c- Lightning cable.

I had to return an absolutely great iPhone because it was too big for my mum. Completely uncomplicated and quick and clear return. I am delighted! I can only recommend Back Market. If only other providers were as uncomplicated and self-explanatory. I couldn't really judge the camera and battery as I hadn't used them.
