The phone arrived one day after I had ordered it and it arrived in a very surprising state, almost as if it had just come out of the factory. Everything is working correctly at the moment, so I recommend black market.

This is my first purchase from BackMarket and I'm really not disappointed! I was looking to buy a phone that I liked and moreover second hand, I found my rare pearl, a Galaxy Z Flip 4, I took it in the "Correct" version and frankly I'm pleasantly surprised! Yes, there are two or three very small impact/shock marks, but nothing damaging. The delivery was super fast! Really super happy with my purchase!

I ordered my iPhone 11 Pro Max about 1 and a half months ago and so far so good. The battery is not original to Apple but it works very well and lasts all day. The cameras, screen, etc. are all really good.

Happy with the phone which is in excellent condition and seems to work (for the moment). One regret, the screen is not original, no worries on the quality, but I think Backmarket should be more transparent on this kind of thing. Thanks

The i-phone 11 pro received (very well packaged) is in very good condition and works perfectly. The green-night colour is very nice. Very pleased with my purchase and my experience with Back Market.

The phone was received in a terrible state. I was sceptical, but in the end, I couldn't tell it from a new one, apart from the battery, which isn't original, but has the same autonomy as new. Very pleased.

First impressions are that everything is fine and that the battery discharges quickly. Typically you have to charge it every night, with average use. I don't know if it's right for a phone with a screen this size or not (I've had phones with smaller screens before).

Hello, Everything went very well with the delivery, except for the surprise of seeing that the replaced screen is of unknown origin and that it may not work as expected. Is this a significant risk?

Received on time. The first few hours the phone worked very well. We put in all the data (mdp, iCloud account, etc...) then I did the iOS 18.1 update when suddenly the phone had no more touch so I tried to turn it off, to force the shutdown but even the buttons didn't work anymore... We waited until the phone had no more battery and it turned off. The next day I put the phone back on charge and it worked just as when it arrived. Since then, no more problems...
