I purchased a refurbished Panasonic S1H and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised - the condition was practically like new, without any visible defect or technical problem. Initially I was concerned that the battery could not be charged, so I contacted support. The next day the problem corrected itself (probably by the temperature of the battery in the room), so I informed them that everything was fine now. Nevertheless, they sent me another original battery for the S1H, even though I didn't ask for anything extra - very kind and superior of them. I rate my experience with Backmarket excellent: fast communication, fair approach and product in top condition. Definitely recommend.

Received in two days, ordered in perfect condition, apart from a few visible bumps on the corners and despite the perfect condition, there are still a few micro scratches on the internal screen but everything is perfect, the phone works well, see over time, I hesitated for a long time but so far not disappointed ^^.

I bought it about 1 month ago and for the moment everything is perfect, no problems with the headset, for refurbished it's excellent, but small problem, I think the headset from the previous owner is a little damaged because the base for the batteries of the joysticks, the right is damaged and closes poorly. But otherwise, for the price I recommend it enormously for those who are new to VR and want to know a little about the features ;)

Flawless from order to package received. Clear and prompt messaging. Device itself works fine and frequent use. Pity the thermomix was not really clean and smelt a bit musty. So did it myself for a while, but would have been neater if the device had been clean.

my old s2 was obsolete i opted for an s8. My joints are fragile, so I went back to the s2 for weight problems. Using it almost all the time on wifi gives me complete satisfaction.
