Bought the phone on Friday didn’t realise they don’t ship out on weekends so definitely wished I bought it the day before. The phone was shipped on Monday from the Netherlands and arrived in Ireland the very next day which honestly surprised me because that was practically next day shipping! I bought the phone in the “fair” quality and expected some minor scratches on it but to my surprise there wasn’t a single scratch on the phone, it was in perfect condition and looked new. The phone works amazing, I have no issue with it and I really recommend buying it as the shipping is fast and convenient and the phone works great without any issue at all. The camera quality is amazing and the phone is super fast. The one downside I have is that the battery health is at 86% and I wish that the fact that they don’t ship on weekends would have been more promoted throughout the buying process/on the product screen.

S20 is as good as new and arrived in good time. It has a very accurate touchscreen,compared to other smartphones. On the negative side, the battery's not great, some apps were missing, including an SMS service, My Files is hidden, and you can't close recent items (apps) individually

Delivery could have been faster (5 days) but that may have been down to the courier. Camera is superb but a wide angle lens would have been great. Very disappointed in battery life.very short if camera is used for normal holiday use. 26 shots = 6 hrs battery. Call quality is good.

This is the first time I have bought a refurbished product and I couldn't be happier. I bought it in excellent condition and it arrived with 100% battery and without any scratches. I will repeat buying products with you the only but I could get is that it would be nice to finance the products over 4 months which is the maximum. Still super happy with my iphone 12 pro.

Phone received promptly, but unfortunately had a screen bug the day after I switched it on despite buying it in perfect condition. I immediately sent it back to the seller, who refunded my money. I picked up a Google Pixel 6 A from the same seller, which is in perfect condition and has been working perfectly for 2 weeks now. Back Market is very responsive in the event of a faulty refurbished phone.

Hello I had doubts about bakmarket But I took the risk of ordering an s21 for my wife, who is more of a Samsung woman. I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the phone. 256g whereas it was indicated 128 thus very satisfied with the reconditioner and guaranteed 1 year So if need be I would go back

I received my new 256GB iPhone 12 very quickly. (3 days) Neat and suitable packaging with a new charger cable. It was in decent condition and I regret not having spent £25 more to get one in very good condition. There was some touching up of the paint everywhere but it didn't last and the next day it was gone. Otherwise it works very well and the battery charges to 100%, so overall I'm satisfied. This was my 1st refurbished experience via Back Market and it certainly won't be the last. Thank you

I was a bit wary of buying a refurbished smartphone for the first time, but some friends persuaded me to take the plunge. As a result, the smartphone is impeccable! I'll certainly be buying other items from the platform!
