    Bought the phone on Friday didn’t realise they don’t ship out on weekends so definitely wished I bought it the day before. The phone was shipped on Monday from the Netherlands and arrived in Ireland the very next day which honestly surprised me because that was practically next day shipping! I bought the phone in the “fair” quality and expected some minor scratches on it but to my surprise there wasn’t a single scratch on the phone, it was in perfect condition and looked new. The phone works amazing, I have no issue with it and I really recommend buying it as the shipping is fast and convenient and the phone works great without any issue at all. The camera quality is amazing and the phone is super fast. The one downside I have is that the battery health is at 86% and I wish that the fact that they don’t ship on weekends would have been more promoted throughout the buying process/on the product screen.

    Delivery could have been faster (5 days) but that may have been down to the courier. Camera is superb but a wide angle lens would have been great. Very disappointed in battery life.very short if camera is used for normal holiday use. 26 shots = 6 hrs battery. Call quality is good.

    Téléphone reçu rapidement, avec malheureusement un bug au niveau de l'écran le lendemain de sa mise en route malgré l'achat en parfait état. Je l'ai renvoyé instantanément au vendeur, qui m'a remboursée. J'ai repris chez le même vendeur un Google Pixel 6 A en parfait état et qui fonctionne à la perfection depuis 2 semaines maintenant. Back Market est très réactif en cas de téléphone reconditionné défaillant.

    J’ai reçu mon nouvel iPhone 12 256 Go très très rapidement. (3 jours) Emballage soigné et adapté avec un câble de chargeur neuf. Il était en état correct et je regrette de ne pas avoir mis 25€ de plus pour en avoir un en très bon état. Il y a eu des retouches peinture un peu partout mais ça ne tient pas et dès le lendemain ça partait. Sinon il fonctionne très bien et la batterie se charge à 100% donc globalement satisfaite. Ce fut ma 1ere expérience en reconditionné via Back Market et ce ne sera assurément pas la dernière. Merci

    Es la primera vez que he comprado un producto reacondicionado y la verdad es que no puedo estar más contento. Lo compre en estado excelente y me llego con 100% batería y sin ningun rasguño. Volveré a repetir comprando productos con vosotros el único pero que podría sacar es que estaria muy bien poder financiar los productos en más de 4 meses que es lo máximo. Aun asi super contento con mi iphone 12 pro

    1er achat en reconditionné, j'étais un peu frileuse mais des amies m'ont convaincu de sauter le pas. Résultat, le smartphone est impeccable! Je rachèterai sûrement d'autres articles sur la plateforme!

    Article globalement conforme mais mauvaise surprise lorsque j'ai voulu acheter une coque... le format et l'épaisseur et l'emplacement de certains boutons ne correspondent pas de quelques millimètres. J'ai toujours acheté mes coques chez 1001coques, également pour un autre A51 de Backmarket, jamais eu de problème. 1001coques me l'a même échangée mais le problème reste le même et est bien lié au téléphone puisque la nouvelle coque s'adapte parfaitement à mon 1er A51 mais pas au 2ème... Je pense que le reconditionneur n'a pas respecté certaines cotes ...
