I bought an iPhone 13, I chose the excellent option because typing good showed scratches on the front. For me it is not excellent, but good, it has scratches on the front, sides and the camera circles are all scratched. On the other hand, despite the fact that I chose the standard battery, it arrived at 100% and the phone works well. I expected fewer scratches.

I'm very pleased with the phone, I bought it in the "right" condition, which was the cheapest, and it's even better than I thought. It has a few scratches on the screen that you can't see when switched on, and on the outside there's just a dent from a previous fall near one of the corners. I didn't order a new battery, but I've already confirmed that it's still at 100 per cent capacity, which was a very pleasant surprise. My only criticism is that the phone hasn't been cleaned properly, especially the rear lenses, which are protruding and accumulate a lot of dirt. Yesterday I was very careful to remove the "rubbish" that was stuck there and it wasn't a pleasant experience. It feels like the job hasn't been done to the end and in terms of hygiene it leaves something to be desired. Otherwise, the mobile phone is fine, the battery discharges a bit quickly but from what I've read, it's an iPhone problem (first time I've had this model). I think I'll start buying my mobile phones from the backmarket, it's cheaper and reduces my carbon footprint. Thank you very much.

The iPhone arrived fairly quickly and on time. On the other hand, the phone lacked a bit of protection in the packaging, and could have been in poor condition if it had been subjected to a lot of shocks during delivery. As for the condition of the phone, when I opened the box I smelt something like vinegar, probably due to the disinfection of the phone, but quite surprising nonetheless. The phone arrived with a fart/broken/damaged bottom left of the device. And obviously not very well cleaned around the ringer/silent button as there was some embedded dirt.
