The laptop was delivered promptly and the device was carefully packed. The laptop really does look like new. The keyboard layout is a bit different from what I am used to but with a slight change in settings, it is now fine. Booting was smooth so the various installation programmes are apparently fine. I think it's a fine product. And of course a very nice idea that it is refurbished!

Super product ... supposedly in good condition and yet it is in excellent condition ... I am more than satisfied with this reconditioning! Thanks to Back Market for this opportunity to buy and thanks to the seller-reconditioner for the quality of the product.

It works but has a few faults: the volume and brightness buttons don't work, so I have to do all that via the screen using the settings, but otherwise everything's OK!

A machine as I expected I was able to convert it to lubuntu without any major problems The processor is running like clockwork, the RAM is up to scratch and the battery is holding up well. A real bargain purchase

The Lenovo ThinkPad is just right for me. There are a few programmes that don't run via Appel. The notebook is just right for that. It's small and easy to stow away on the motorbike and the route planning with GPX is perfect. I only have the two programmes I need on it, so I can't say anything about various other parameters. But I would buy the device again at any time. LG Chris

Hello, the PC works very well, I'm satisfied, the packaging is perfect, it's a great seller. For other buyers, it's more worthwhile buying a refurbished PC than a new one, because after a year it starts to wear out, whereas a refurbished one, for example between €150 and €200, works very well. I bought one in 2021 from HP, and it works perfectly.

Problem with UPS as they did not leave it at my home address, they left it at a collection point of which they gave me incorrect information and it was not there, it was at another collection point informed by the company Back Market. Everything was fine with the computer.

fast delivery two days in advance. Computer received as new. Just reset it to factory defaults. Computer nickel and battery that holds the charge. Just the keys on the keyboard were redone with letter stickers but that's a detail. No scratches either on the shell or the screen. I recommend this seller.

Well, I was surprised by the price and when I got it, which by the way, the delivery was fast, I saw why. It is not new and I was counting on it being new. I'm glad I bought it for myself and not as a gift for someone else. Still, even though it has been used and has a few dings and scratches, it works well. The previous owner has taken good care of it. For what I'm going to use it for, I think it's perfect. As I said, even though it is not new, I am happy with the purchase.
