The laptop is very well looked after, we haven't used it much yet but the little we have done it works very well. In the end with the offers that are on sale has not come out much cheaper than a new one, but being HP brand gives me a lot of confidence. The only downside is that the packaging of the shipment was very bad, papers made ball piled up and quite unprofessional compared to the packaging of a new one, but the rest very well.
