The phone (Samsung Galaxy A52s) arrived very promptly. The condition was categrised as "Fair" but had only a few minor scratches on the case - te screen was perfect. After operating for a few weeks, there are no issues with it :)

Hi, the phone was delivered on time and the condition was as described. A little disappointed that while there was a charging cable supplied, there was no plug with phone. The phone is working fine, though for some reason it is very slow when connected to my home wifi, other wifi systems appear fine. the home wifi has a download speed in excess 30mb and other devoces work normally. I reall cannot explain why this is occuring. Other than that all appears fine.

Absolutely crap SITE and service. Phone only slow charges with any cable, the cable that comes with it is a joke. In the end I replaced this crap with a brand new phone same model for €7 more. Never use this site. Customer service doesn't exist and the details sent to me to return the faulty phone won't work. Buy anywhere but here.

Not great battery life but good product otherwise.

5th purchase from Back Market, not disappointed. (My children and I) Very good value for money, easy contact with customer service if needed. I'm sticking with refurbished products, and I must admit that I take the time to look at longevity and the opinions of refurbishers before making any purchase.

for the third time i'm buying reconditioned and for the third time everything is perfect.... ultra fast delivery, as described. perfect to replace my old one which, after 7 years of good and valiant service, ended up at the bottom of the water softener...

Ordered iPhone 12 in very good condition. The phone received has a non-original battery so no durability indicator which is normal for a refurbished, for the moment the battery seems to hold well. For the condition however not great on the back a lot of marks that do not disappear and very small chips on the front screen.
