I received my first IPad with large visible scratches (although I had chosen the perfect condition option). I reported this to the after-sales service and immediately got a replacement. The iPad I now have works well, the battery is in good condition, no visible scratches, a very good deal for refurbished.

Super fast delivery, arriving the day after the order was placed. As the parcel was open, the driver offered to check that everything was inside before leaving and everything was OK. The phone is perfect, as I bought it, with all the accessories (charging cable, tip to open the sim card slot, protective cover). What's more, everything in the parcel smelled really good, as if they'd put perfume in it.

At the moment it works fine. Despite having bought the very good option it was damaged in one part of the casing and a bit of the screen at the top. I have bought the very good option twice before and two mobiles were perfect.

I bought it without really knowing the product, I wanted one but didn't really know which one, I saw that the SE was perfect for this type of case ... in very good condition, very surprised, it's like new, 100% battery, received faster than expected! i'm delighted!

Perfect purchase, super after-sales service (very patient 😉) 2 small drawbacks No instructions, no QR code to find the answers. The second, the bracelet is very small, I had to buy one in cata! Otherwise nothing to say, apart from THANK YOU 🤩

I'm so pleased with my purchase, the watch is in perfect condition and I'm discovering new functions every day. It's my 1st connected watch and it's a great way to get back into sport and makes you want to do more. The only problem was that the strap was too small for my wrist, so I bought a new one that's cheaper and makes the watch look even better.

The delivery was super fast, the watch was well packaged, well protected and in perfect condition. The transaction always goes smoothly, this is the second time I have ordered from BackMarket and I will continue to do so.
