Phone arrived in great condition. Unfortunately the battery life is far below what I expected. I had this model previously and had a far superior battery life. Also, it frequently takes a lot longer to charge the battery, even when the phone says 'quick charge', whereas my previous phone did not have this issue

The product is perfect, not a slight scratch, everything works perfectly and so far I am delighted with this purchase, I have a great mobile at a practically ridiculous price.the truth is that I recommend the purchase of these refurbished phones, I had my doubts, but today I am fully more than satisfied.thank you.

Good evening, We are very disappointed with the battery's charge life. I chose this model of phone for my son because I've had one myself since July 2022 and autonomy was the most important criterion, along with the super-fast charging (120W). I therefore bought a second reconditioned one from backmarket with full knowledge of the facts, i.e. without a charger (which is still worth 50 euros) and with a battery capacity that should normally be at least 85% of the initial capacity. That's what I'm doubting (by comparing the operating time of our two XIAOMI 11T pro phones) and I'd like to be able to check it... How can I be sure of the quality of this battery, which obviously doesn't hold up compared to mine, which is already over 18 months old...? Best regards. BROUSSE Simon

The Xiaomi 11T Pro 256 Gb phone arrived the first of the expected days, the battery seems to be in excellent condition, considering that the phone is not new, externally there are no scratches or signs of wear, there are some micro scratches on the display but they are not noticeable, overall I am fully satisfied and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good second-hand phone, Maurizio

The xiaomi 11 t pro is top, buy in very good condition, more powerful than my old redmi Note 8 pro and charge much faster, but some problems to detect when the tip is in the port, after it must be said that I got for 130 € instead of 180 €, super profitable!

I have been delighted with the phone. It is the first time I have bought a refurbished one and I was afraid that the battery would not last long or that I would find a scratch. But on the contrary, the phone is as good as new and the battery lasts two days with a lot of use.

The mobile phone is practically as good as new for real, the selection of conditions probably goes a long way in ensuring that it is in impeccable, at least physical, condition. The only thing to note is that the battery does not charge too easily, in spite of what is assured for this model with Xiaomi chargers and cables, which makes my nose twitch; I won't comment yet on its durability, although it seems very good. There is also a separate discussion to be made about the backmarket packaging: although made with sustainability in mind, which is a commendable element, it runs the risk of the mobile phone in question arriving practically pulverised: in this case, when the box arrived it was half crushed, probably due to the carelessness of the couriers, and when I opened the box the device was miraculously unharmed, and I speak of a miracle because there are literally no elements inside the packaging that could protect it. The screen is in direct contact with the cardboard, the phone itself is left floating in a cardboard compartment that 'should' hold it in place and protect it from shocks but in fact never could, as the device was smaller than the compartment needed to hold it in ...
