And the console is far from being in 'very good condition', the plastics are scratched all over. For the price of the console it's borderline pathetic. I won't be recommending it on your site. It's not refurbished at all.

So I chose the option "very good" and I got a WII U that is full of scratches, without a stylus and with stick drift. Well, what can I say, I'm not really satisfied.

I received my Wii U console yesterday, 2 days ahead of schedule. The package of my console was carefully packed. All the accessories including the gamepad with the stylus (I didn't ask for that much ^^), the sensor bar, a remote control, and the necessary connectivity without having to buy any more :) I also received 1 extra game CD. In short, after sending back 2 Wii U packs bought on Amazon and then on Rakuten, these consoles did not read CDs and the description did not correspond at all to the condition mentioned, I finally managed to read my discs on this new console !!! (I would like to thank Anicet, one of the Back Market advisors who guided me in the choice of my console and reassured me of the reliability of the after-sales service. I am conquered and recommend this German reconditioner finally serious! Very good value for money! I recommend without hesitation. I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product.)

Its external appearance was correct. But... it would have been nice if it had been delivered "blank". It had a CD inside, it had a registered user, and it had a parental control pin. All this made it difficult to put it in factory condition. Also the instruction booklet was very stained, and not in English. Still, satisfied with the purchase.

Gamepad arrived in poor condition (Battery faulty and Chinese brand, trace of red pen on the back and sylis wrong colour) I repaired the battery myself but still disappointing for "Very good condition". Delivery delayed because the parcel was damaged.
