My daughter asked me to purchase this for her if she transferred me the money after the great deal that I got with my 1st purchase and especially with how everything was handled from start to the finish

Cannot fault condition of the console, was practically untouched, everything included still in the wraps. Only bit of fault is the box on the one corner is a bit damaged, I don't know if it's due to shipping or how it originally was but otherwise absolutely perfect as if I was receiving it on release!

My experience with Back Market and their app was fantastic. I found it easy to use and have now bought other items. My only downside is I got a mix of both the black and the white oled switch. Brilliant condition and plays perfect, it just looks a bit odd.

Scratch on the base of the switch but honestly it doesn't bother me in the slightest. The quality is top notch, the only thing I regret is that the switch was not in its original packaging, even though it was very well protected.

I want to know if the charger is the one from Nintendo because the plug is not from Spain.

The Joycons can be removed from the console/controller with a little pressure (rarely playing) without pressing the button on the console/controller. The box was moderately damaged on 2 corners. But the console seems to be in top condition! The display is scratch-free and all parts were included as described. For me it's an even 9/10 and definitely worth saving the environment for "only" €10 less and getting a used console in top condition.

I ordered a Nintendo Switch OLED in "perfect condition", but I was disappointed on several counts. The console arrived uncleaned, with a rather unpleasant smell of cigarettes. One of the controllers has a damaged joystick, and on the other, the attachment system doesn't work: it detaches from the console without you having to press the appropriate button. This kind of problem is really frustrating when you're paying €300 for a product that's supposed to be in excellent condition, especially when you know how much new controllers cost (over €60). It's all the more of a shame as I'd already bought a PS4 from another Back Market retailer two years ago, also in 'perfect condition', and there everything was impeccable: cleaned, clean, almost flawless. I'm well aware that we're talking about refurbished products here and that it's normal for there to be imperfections, but a console that's dirty, smells of cigarettes and has visible defects on the controllers is clearly not normal, even less so when you opt for the highest grade. The screen is impeccable, the charger works, so I'm not questioning everything. But at this price, this kind of negligence simply shouldn't happen. I'm not bl...

Top console, top condition, fast delivery. For a small stone chip in the display uf quality very good I would even say excellent. Fairest price for a console ever, and I've bought a few different ones over the years.
