    Disappointed. It didn’t come as expected. I bought in the excellent condition, paid extra for it and paid extra to get the uk keyboard layout but I got the US layout which wouldve saved me about €70 less if I chose that option in the first place. The laptop came with no charger and came with no Apple packaging whatsoever literally just the laptop in some random white box and that’s it. I had high expectations because I’ve bought off other websites like refurbished and they ALWAYS come with a charger at the minimum and if it doesn’t they make it VERY clear to you that it doesn’t come with it. Alongside that I paid extra for no reason and all they could offer me was a refund. The laptop took ages to come so I already know if I try get a replacement I’ll be looking at paying more money to ship it back to them and waiting another 2 months before I actually get what I paid good money for. You guys should just take your money elsewhere, or pay the extra 100 for the product from Apple refurbished or even for the retail

    Le MacBook Air reçu fait le travail, mais il s'éteint sans prévenir (l'icône batterie étant encore "pleine" au tiers) et la batterie ne tient vraiment pas longtemps : il est d'ailleurs écrit "réparation recommandée" quand on clique sur l'icône. Pourquoi cela n'a-t-il pas été fait ? Certes, un produit reconditionné est moins cher qu'un neuf. J'ai choisi cette option pour des raisons environnementales, mais si je dois racheter un produit plus souvent que je n'achète un neuf (mon précédent MacBook, acheté en 2015, fonctionne toujours, mais je ne pouvais pas installer mon logiciel dessus), je ne vois pas vraiment où est le "progrès", on rentre dans le système de la même manière qu'avec les nouveaux produits. Je n'ai pas vraiment confiance en celui-ci. On verra bien, je croise les doigts !

    I was really apprehensive to buy a refurbished MacBook but it's safe to say I am beyond happy. I got a "good" condition 2019 MacBook Air and it's amazing. Barely any ware on it! Incredible condition. Works perfectly. If you're unsure about buying from here I say don't be! Really happy and will 100% be using back market in the future

    This is the second refurbished product I have purchased from back market and I have not been disappointed. Recently upgraded my old apple to a MacBook Air 2020 and its great - in perfect condition, like new 😊 Would highly recommend this company. Great for the environment too not buying new!

    Colis arrivé 2j en avance, très bien emballé et protégé, j’ai l’impression d’avoir reçu un MacBook Air neuf, il fonctionne très bien, aucune anomalies au niveau de l’aspect extérieur du produit, la charge max de batterie est à 100% elle a du donc être changé lors du reconditionnement, de plus on m’a aussi donné un meilleur chargeur (Apple) de 67watt, rien à dire tout est nickel! À voir avec le temps si tout marche bien

    Après avoir été très satisfait de mon premier achat en reconditionné chez Back Market (un iPhone 13 Pro Max en parfait état), j’ai retenté l’affaire avec un MacBook Air M1 en très bon état. Et bien je ne suis pas déçu ! Non seulement il a coûté moins cher que l’iPhone (hallucinant les prix du neuf chez Apple) mais il est à mes yeux en parfait état. Superbe machine, hyper puissante pour le prix, connectée à un clavier, une souris, un écran 4k et 2 SSD externes grâce à un petit hub USB C à 18€, il remplace un gros PC sous Windows qui consommait 3 ou 4x plus d’électricité ! Également ravi d’avoir pu le trouver en qwerty. Pourquoi encore acheter du Apple neuf alors qu’il y a Back Market ?

    Received my MacBook Air in 3 days. First time purchasing a refurbished item so I was a bit nervous. The item came in excellent condition (I payed for excellent as they had a good deal), no scratches or imperfections at all! Works fast and the battery has been lasting me for days. Very happy with my purchase so far. Will definitely come back to back market.
