The Laptop was in perfect condition, better than expected actually. Kept up to date about where the package was at all times and delivered on time.

I think it's good that laptops, mobile phones and much more are being refurbished here. They are very good devices and you save a lot of money. If I need something again, I'll be happy to buy from you again. 😁

Back Market did not communicate the exact configuration to the seller, which led to a problem with delivery. Fortunately reconditionner.fr is super responsive and was able to replace the computer with a superior model free of charge.

Fast delivery as always. Product as expected in order, also as always. Only the constant requests for a rating are a bit annoying, especially if you have already given a rating :-)

Hello First of all, the delivery was impeccable, it was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks but it only took 4 days at the relay point. That's great. Having already owned a Lenovo of the same range (Thinkpad) in the past, I noted many positive aspects; - A great resistance to shocks and knocks; - Thanks to its SSD, this computer offers excellent speed for both internet browsing and word processing. - What's more, it has 16GB of DDR3 RAM and a reliable processor. Even if it's not the main purpose of this computer, you can still play lots of games in optimal conditions. The battery is not integrated, but placed externally, which makes it so much easier to solve battery problems. What could be improved is the size of the SSD and the quality of the charger. I'm worried that the charger will strip in the future, perhaps it would be wise to invest in a spare charger. For just £212 it's an excellent deal.

Whoah!! What an amazing seller, the laptop was in way better condition than I was expected, all even better than described, it was even sent with a spare battery, which I wasn't expecting, and it looks almost new, virtually no signs of use, I'm amazed. Also sent very quickly, perfect!!

Nothing to say about the product, it's exactly what I expected. A little bonus for the delivery, which was very flexible and allowed me to change my delivery address at the last minute. Well worth the price.

The product is excellent , value for money, I already use it on a daily basis. There was absolute professionalism from ordering to delivery of the product.

the equipment is perfect, you can hardly notice it has been used. Everything seems to work perfectly, it has been received on time and correctly. I just want to thank you and count on you to advertise it.

Great PC, received free upgrade, waited a few months after receiving to write review and can honestly say have had no issues it was packed amazingly and even came with an extra larger battery making work so much easier 10/10
