The Laptop was in perfect condition, better than expected actually. Kept up to date about where the package was at all times and delivered on time.

The PC was packaged well, delivered safely and on time. Display is perfect, battery is very good. I have made several purchases from back market and i have not been disappointment so far. Well done!

Great condition fast delivery. Machine works like new, very fast and well put together. Just what I expected, only better.

While the machine seems perfectly functional, I don't think it really deserves the description "very good". Cosmetically the exterior is quite scruffy and, more significantly, there are two pale patches on the screen display. The spring in the SD card slot appears to be slightly damaged, so that it is not reliably easy to retrieve a card once it's inserted.

Disappointed with the condition of the laptop, sold as excellent but keys shiny and mouse pad shiny labels tatty and charger in a mes. I would of put it as fair to good condition not excellent Happy with the laptop but still disappointed with its condition, don’t want to send it back as I have loaded my photo and mapping software now

Battery is very poor even tho I opted for excellent condition. Its very slow and laggy. I wonder what I would have receiver if I opted for good or fair condition. I want some sort of compensation or a different laptop or refund
